TownPlace Suites Harrisburg/Hershey is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure a friendly arrival and departure experience for guests, address requests promptly, and uphold the brand standards. You will handle check-ins/outs, know room rates and promotions, and maintain courteous communication with guests throughout their stay, contributing to high satisfaction scores.

This role requires a can-do attitude, ability to work varied schedules, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out guests efficiently and courteously.
• Keep guests informed about rates, promotions and hotel features.
• Receive and note incoming mail as required per shift.
