Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate in Texas to greet members with EPIC service, register guests, answer calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultants. You will also promote ProShop items and keep the front desk area organized.

The role requires strong English communication, prior hospitality or customer service experience, and the stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. Training programs are part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Hospitality or Customer Service preferred.
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly around the gym.
• Clear understanding of pricing contracts and personal training packages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Members and Guests with EPIC service.
• Check members in and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries to Fitness Consultants.
• Promote ProShop sales and maintain retail area.
• Keep the front desk clean and organized; complete opening/closing duties.
• Maintain accurate member accounts and collect balances when needed.
