Floyd's 99 Barbershop - Highlands Ranch is hiring a Front Desk Host to keep our retail operations smooth and guest-focused. In this full-time role, you will greet clients, book appointments, answer questions, and relay pricing while upholding a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

Join our team and contribute to a positive, fast-paced shop environment. You will upsell services when appropriate, assist with minor cleaning duties, and help ensure a seamless guest experience across our Highlands Ranch

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers over the phone and in person.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and take messages for staff, schedule appointments, and provide pricing information to customers.
• Upsell treatments or products when possible and manage wait times for clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment for clients.
