Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Front Desk Host to manage phones, greet guests, book appointments, and provide pricing information. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and keeping the shop running smoothly; you’ll upsell treatments or products when possible and help with general cleaning.

The position offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with full-time hours and $16.00 per hour. Flexible weekend/evening availability is required and valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience in a fast-paced environment

That's on top of your competitive pay of $16.00/hour.
