Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate for our part-time hospitality team in Texas. You will greet members warmly, handle check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check members in using proper procedures and register guests as needed.
• Answer phones promptly using Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Assist with routing inquiries and direct guests to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entryway daily.
• Operate POS and handle money accurately during shifts.
