Job summary

Fitness Connection in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Front Desk teammate for our Hospitality team. You will greet members and guests warmly, check them in, and handle inquiries to ensure an exceptional club experience.

Responsibilities include registration, routing calls, maintaining a clean front desk, and collaborating with the club team to support daily operations. Prior hospitality or customer service is preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC hospitality and check them in using proper procedures.
• Register guests and direct them to appropriate services; answer phone with standard verbiage.
• Assist with routing telephone inquiries and maintain a welcoming front desk area.
• Support pro shop and other club operations as needed; keep areas neat, stocked, and properly organized.
