Job summary

Fitness Connection in Spring, TX is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate for part-time hours. You will directly impact members and guests daily by delivering energetic and welcoming service at the front desk, assisting with check-ins, registrations, and inquiries, and supporting the club team with a positive, helpful attitude.

You will participate in the EPIC Training Program to gain a thorough understanding of our membership system, product knowledge, and club operations, applying those

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Must interpret business communications including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
• Teammates must have excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests with EPIC style and farewells.
• Check-in gym Members using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym.
• Answer telephone with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route telephone inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Direct Guests and appointments to Fitness Consultants promptly.
• Serve as communication hub for Members, Guests, and Teammates.
• All responsibilities to be performed in line with company policies.
