Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hotel experience.
• Identification to establish identity and right to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate front desk systems and perform basic math.
• Must adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a timely, courteous manner.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns within authority.
• Book guest reservations and assist with cancellations.
• Provide service for gift shop and sundries at the front desk.
