The role reports to the General Manager and supports delivering outstanding guest experiences across a busy campground environment, including handling reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Hear and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guest registration, front desk, and store procedures.
• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person.
• Handle all guest issues with respect and courtesy.
• Follow front desk cash handling procedures and use point-of-sale equipment.
