Job summary

KCN Campgrounds in Wisconsin is seeking a Work Camper for Guest Services to manage front desk registrations and store procedures while delivering exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, process payments, and promote local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and proper KOA uniform and nametag.
• Handle guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging concerns.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Process cash and credit card transactions using front desk equipment.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily operations as requested by management.
• Promote KOA attractions and discount programs.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
