Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and assist with needs.

• Make and confirm reservations.
• Process bills, collect payments and make change.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Secure valuables in hotel safe when needed.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits as part of front desk duties.
• Contribute to higher guest satisfaction scores.
