HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in New York to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and coordinate room assignments. You will handle payments, reservations and guest requests with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

The role supports breakfast service as needed and upholds safety and sustainability standards, contributing to high guest satisfaction and a smooth front desk operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Register guests to rooms and process payments.
• Make and confirm reservations and manage billing.
• Transmit messages and use the PMS system for guest requests.
• Respond to guest issues and escalate to supervisor if needed.
• Secure valuables and balance accounts where applicable.
