Job summary

INTOWN SUITES is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk, including check-in/out and handling inquiries.

You will cover front office duties when the General Manager is not present, maintain safety standards, manage reservations, and support property staff. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a functioning automobile.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret information found in reports and internal hotel information.
• Read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate room revenue and balance a cash bank.
• General computer proficiency and hotel front office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensures reservations are taken correctly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Proficient in computer systems and front desk operations.
• Available to address guest issues professionally at all times.
• Notify management of safety, security or cash concerns.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Represent the property in a professional manner and maintain cleanliness.
