Job summary

Intown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Albuquerque, NM. You will assist guests at the front desk, check-in/out efficiently, and maintain professional service standards while coordinating with the General Manager.

Responsibilities include handling guest issues, performing bank deposits in GM’s absence, and supporting property staff. Candidates should be able to work long hours, multi-task, and travel to nearby properties as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading, writing and understanding English.
• Strong front office operations knowledge and guest relations.
• Able to work long hours and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out courteously and efficiently.
• Represent hotel in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle guest issues and coordinate with General Manager.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met.
• Assist with bank deposits in General Manager’s absence.
• Travel to other properties within the market as needed.
