Job summary

Intown Suites in Westminster, CO is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our front office team. You will assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and manage reservations while representing the property with professionalism and courtesy.

You will participate in cash handling, reporting, and daily bank deposits, and collaborate with the General Manager to resolve guest issues, uphold safety standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, understand, and interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to handle cash, calculate revenue, and balance a cash bank.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently in all front office functions.
• Check guests in and out in a timely and courteous manner.
• Notify General Manager of any guest, employee, or cash concerns.
• Maintain a clean and neat desk and office area.
• Handle bank deposits in the General Manager’s absence.
