Job summary

INTOWN SUITES in High Point, NC, is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests at the front desk, check guests in and out, and maintain professional service levels. The role covers front office operations when the General Manager is unavailable, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates will be able to read and interpret reports, handle cash and transactions, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to read/understand various reports and internal hotel information.
• Read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally and assist guests and staff.
• Ensure front office operations are performed accurately and safely.
• Identify and address guest, employee, or cash concerns promptly.
