Job summary

INTOWN SUITES Corpus Christi is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check in/out efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.

The role requires strong communication, basic math for cash handling, and solid computer skills to manage reservations, billing, and reporting. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus for property mobility.

Qualifications

• Front desk and guest services knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret hotel reports and information.
• Clear communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensures reservations are taken correctly and courteously
• Check guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner
• Proficient in computer operating systems and hotel software
• Deal with guest issues professionally and promptly
• Notify management of any guest, employee, or cash concerns
• Provide guidance to property staff as needed
• Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards
• Handle cash deposits and balance the cash bank
• Travel to other properties within the market as needed
