Qualifications

• High School degree or higher.
• At least 6 months front desk hotel experience.
• Flexible schedule including AM/PM and night audit when needed.
• Proficient with front desk operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain guest services throughout the shift.
• Assist in front office operations and maximize sales while controlling costs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in absence of Xperience Manager.
• Register and check-in/out guests; process reservations.
• Communicate guest information to designated departments.
• Respond to guest needs and concerns.
• Promote goodwill and maintain professionalism.
