Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or training is required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Handle payments, verify credit, and process transactions.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Secure valuables if needed and balance accounts.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
• Support overall guest satisfaction and hotel standards.
