China Lake Golf Course is seeking a front desk professional to manage guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest information using the Property Management System (PMS). You will verify registrations, process payments, and provide room keys while promoting hotel services and local attractions.

The role includes handling complaints, managing waitlists, and ensuring security and privacy for guests in a busy lair near Monterey.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the PMS to access guest information, retrieve reservations, and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verifies registration details and secures/authorizes credit card for incidental charges.
• Provides guests with room keys or cards and explains facility amenities.
• Assists guests with complaints and escalates to management when needed.
• Handles waitlists and suggests alternate lodging or RV parks when rooms are unavailable.
• Registers and assigns rooms, transmits messages, and maintains occupancy records.
• Manages cash handling including a change fund and end-of-shift deposits.
• Maintains guest security and privacy at all times.
• Answers phones, logs trouble calls, and notifies appropriate departments.
• Locates Lost and Found items and contacts guests.
• Prints reports from PMS such as Expected Arrivals, In-House Guest List, and Night Audit.
• Keeps front desk and lobby area clean and stocked.
• Relocates guests to different rooms when required.
