Job summary

SERVPRO of Saginaw / Bay City is hiring for a Front Desk/Guest Services role. You will check guests in and out, handle reservations, and provide concierge-style service with a focus on accuracy and daily accounting procedures.

Responsibilities include PBX duties, VIP handling, and daily balance reconciliations. The position requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service standards and ability to handle high-volume guest interactions.
• Experience with front desk operations, check-in/check-out, and VIP handling is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests in a professional manner.
• Initiate courtesy calls to ensure guest satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Provide telephone PBX services and relay messages accurately.
• Review arrivals and block rooms for VIP/group arrivals.
• Balance shift banks and audit daily transactions.
• Record wake-up calls and transcribe messages clearly.
• Maintain daily revenue reports and post house accounts.
