Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Greet and acknowledge members, guests, and visitors.
• Create a positive and memorable experience for all visitors.
• Answer calls courteously and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain front desk office supplies.
• Keep a clean and neat work environment.
• Assist new members with initial forms and information.
• Ensure security procedures are followed for entrants.
• Collaborate with departments to share program information.
• Print daily schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage receptionist duties at the main entrance.
