Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence, KY is seeking a Guest Service Representative for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm). You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, answering questions, and promoting hotel services to ensure a positive stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, resolving issues, and updating front desk logs. The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at front desk, assist guests with registrations and departures.
• Process payments and handle inquiries following management procedures.
• Greet guests, assign rooms, issue keys and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Update shift logs to ensure clear communication between staff.
