Job summary

The Hilton Garden Inn | CR Hotel #1 LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure guest expectations are met, handle front desk operations, and maximize rate and occupancy. You will orient guests, upsell hotel services, process reservations, and maintain accurate records while delivering the brand’s service standards.

This role requires 2nd shift availability (3pm–10pm) Friday–Monday with weekend presence mandatory.
