J&P Hospitality Management, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and assist with guest needs to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming stay.

This on-site, part-time role requires good English, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide exceptional service.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures and payments.
• Manage reservations and room assignments using systems.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and stocked.
• Prepare housekeeping carts or assist with laundry as needed.
• Monitor safety and report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
