Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to join our on-site front desk team at our Houston property. You will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a welcoming stay.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to learn reservation and payment systems, and clear communication in English with potential Spanish language support. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and payment systems.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; Spanish ability is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional, friendly attitude and deliver exceptional service.
• Complete check-in/check-out procedures, issue keys, and handle payments.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy records using property systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and elevate concerns to the General Manager as needed.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area clean, restock supplies, and secure space.
• Support housekeeping prep and laundry as needed to ensure room readiness.
