Job summary

Pathfinder Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate - Part Time in Austin to greet guests, handle reservations, and deliver Platinum Service with professionalism from check-in to check-out. You will convert inquiries into bookings, respond quickly to calls and emails, and identify sales opportunities during daily guest interactions while maintaining a welcoming front desk and organized records.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced front-desk environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Convert guest inquiries into bookings through value-based selling.
• Turn phone calls, emails, and walk-ins into reservations with quick responses and confident selling.
• Deliver exceptional Platinum Service during every interaction.
• Make guests feel welcomed from check-in to check-out and anticipate needs.
• Identify and surface sales opportunities during daily guest interactions.
• Capture and pass along qualified leads from touchpoints.
• Support smooth hotel operations with accurate, efficient service.
• Handle reservations, payments, records, and problem resolution with professionalism.
