Job summary

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Daytona Beach Oceanfront is seeking an enthusiastic front desk associate for an hourly role. You will handle check-in and check-out, promote services, and assist guests with reservations while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

Knowledge of OPERA PMS is a definite plus. You will balance cash, post charges, respond to requests, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Balance cash and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Sell rooms to maximize ADR and occupancy.
• Check in and out guests quickly and professionally.
• Maintain cash bank and process payments.
• Assist with reservations during each shift as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel outlets and hours.
• Post charges and support guest needs promptly.
• Ensure all messages and mail reach guests.
