Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a front desk associate to deliver a friendly check-in/out experience and provide information on hotel services and events. You will sell rooms with strong customer service and manage guest inquiries while handling billing and keys.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of front desk experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Proficiency with LMS, CMS and hotel systems is expected, along with cash handling and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of front desk experience.
• Typing speed at least 45 WPM; 10-key experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff in English.
• Familiarity with hotel key systems.
• Must be flexible to work shifts and stand for long periods.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Cash handling experience and ability to audit accounts.
• Experience with LMS, CMS and Hot Sauce/Espresso systems.
• Must obtain/maintain certifications/licenses per local gaming regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with friendly check-in and check-out.
• Sell rooms using excellent customer service and yield management.
• Resolve guest complaints and answer inquiries about hotel services and events.
• Complete registration forms and input data into the computer.
• Retrieve and distribute room keys.
• Calculate and print hotel bills and process payments.
• Coordinate with Executive Hosts regarding stays.
• Run required reports using the hotel computer systems.
• Balance transactions at the end of shift.
• Operate manual procedures if computer systems fail.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
