Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Seattle for combined night and day shifts. You will welcome guests, handle registrations and reservations, and provide resort information to ensure memorable stays.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, balancing cash, and assisting guests with inquiries. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork with Marketing partners will create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful information from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle money responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits on folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
• Collaborate with Marketing and associates to tailor guest experiences.
