FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face at our properties. You will interact with residents and guests, build relationships, and deliver quality service with minimal supervision.

This role emphasizes safety, communication, and professional conduct in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing access, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining daily records while upholding safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees
• Valet
• Monitoring and controlling access to the building
• Handling deliveries and packages
• Stands, greets, and engages residents; checks guests and service providers in/out
• Monitoring the fire alarm emergency response system
• Resolving and following up on all complaints/issues
• Maintaining daily records and forms
• Follows safety procedures and strives to maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as needed.
