Job summary

Hampton Inn by Hilton Ocoee Orlando is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries with a guest-focused approach.

This role requires cash handling, switchboard operation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds is noted.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash at end of each shift and generate reports for next shift.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs; process payments accurately.
• Operate hotel switchboard; take calls and transfer as needed.
• Answer questions about services, dining, facilities, and directions.
• Take reservations by phone, email, and in person, including group bookings.
• Maintain physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
