Hampton Inn Cumming is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and registrations and providing information and assistance throughout their stay.

You will manage reservations, answer calls, operate the switchboard, and process payments with accuracy. The role requires guest-focused service and basic computer skills, with optional prior hospitality experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs and manage the registration process.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
• Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
• Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups.
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls.
