Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Wayne is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our Front Desk team. Located at 15 Nevins Road, Wayne, NJ, our hotel offers 125 rooms and suites and is close to Manhattan.

You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide information on services and amenities to ensure a welcoming stay. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS is expected.
• Must have valid driver’s license where required by the property.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the PMS with accurate information.
• Handle cash and card payments securely and efficiently.
• Identify guest needs and explain hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations and update or cancel in the system as requested.
• Support morning, evening, weekend and holiday scheduling as needed.
