Hilton Garden Inn - Wayne is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our Front Desk team. Located at 15 Nevins Road, Wayne, NJ, our hotel offers 125 rooms and suites and is close to Manhattan.

You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide information on services and amenities to ensure a welcoming stay. The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Formación

• Guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS is expected.
• Must have valid driver’s license where required by the property.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the PMS with accurate information.
• Handle cash and card payments securely and efficiently.
• Identify guest needs and explain hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations and update or cancel in the system as requested.
• Support morning, evening, weekend and holiday scheduling as needed.

We are currently looking for Guest Services Representative to join our Front Desk Team! You will find our Hilton Garden Inn with 125 guest rooms and suites, just off Hamburg Turnpike. We are 25 miles from Manhattan so many guests come and stay for a quiet place while visiting New York City. Ice Vault Arena is a short walk away, and shopping and dining is within five-minutes. We have a bus stop a half-mile away. Our hotel has the Garden Grille and Bar, that serves breakfast and dinner to our guests. The Hilton Garden Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

The Guest Services Representative/Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : Morning Shifts : 7 AM – 3 PM , Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend and Holidays Availability needed
