Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy including PMS, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out in the Property Management System.
• Handle cash, credit card information and hotel goods.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services to create a welcoming environment.
• Take reservations and enter/update information in the PMS.
• Follow the posted schedule: mornings 7 AM–3 PM, evenings 3 PM–11 PM, weekends/holidays as required.
