Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant at Hilton Garden Inn-Wayne in Wayne, NJ. Join our team to support upkeep of the 125-room property, with a focus on preventive maintenance and basic repairs.

Shifts are typically 3 per week, including weekends, with a variety of daily hours. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hotel maintenance experience, and skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations, and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, lift, push, carry and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic repairs, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool operations, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep.
• Maintain fixtures and equipment per preventative maintenance schedule and log records.
• Service pool and spa areas and record test results per state/local regulations.
• Clean interior areas, sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of public/storage areas and parking lot.
