Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and daily hotel operations at a Covington, KY property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Opera or HotelKey is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Process check-ins and check-outs using hotel systems.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide information about amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Process payments and balance daily reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
