Job summary

Residence Inn Boston Concord, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will handle guest registrations, reservations, and provide local area information to guests.

In this role you will operate the front desk, ensure timely check-in/check-out, and deliver exceptional guest service. A 7-day rotating schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Willingness to work 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Efficiently manage the operations of the front desk, ensure check in and check out is timely
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests
• Process guest check-in: confirm reservations, assign guest rooms
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and guest requests
