You’ll handle inquiries, upsell hotel services, and route communications to the correct departments, while maintaining guest confidentiality and a high level of brand service. Must have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience; gaming license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in telephone operations, switchboard, or hotel operations.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid gaming license per Maryland regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar service to guests and team members across calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and route to appropriate departments.
• Promote hotel amenities and services according to brand standards.
• Upsell services and accommodations where appropriate.
• Manage emails within scope and maintain guest confidentiality.
• Stay informed on current promotions, inventory, and events.
