Job summary

Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is seeking a Front Office Supervisor with 1–2 years of Front Desk Agent experience. You will supervise Front Desk operations, assist the FDM, and coordinate Bell/Valet to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure experiences.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–2 years Front Desk Agent experience.
• Strong computer skills and professional telephone demeanor.
• Opera experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk operations to ensure quality processes.
• Coordinate Bell/Valet and ensure proper staffing.
• Manage arrivals, in-house servicing, and departures of groups.
• Train staff and implement SOPs.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP needs.
• Liaise with other hotel departments to resolve issues.
