Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional service at our Bradenton property. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries to create a memorable stay.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment, and friendly, professional interactions. Prior hospitality experience and familiarity with reservation systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some hospitality training preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel reservation software is a plus.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, check them in, and share information about services and amenities.
• Handle check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Answer calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide solutions to issues.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
• Provide concierge services, such as local recommendations.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Assist with luggage handling and other guest services as required.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.
