Serotonin Centers is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative for our busy clinic. You will greet clients, book appointments, answer phones, and collect payments in a welcoming environment. The role is part-time with potential to grow to full-time as we expand.

The ideal candidate will have cheerful communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Zenoti experience is a plus, with training available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and provide excellent service.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Provide general customer service throughout visits.
• Assist with room cleaning, stocking supplies, light housekeeping.
• Experience with Zenoti preferred; training provided.
• Support social media and event planning as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. This is a part time position that has potential to become full time as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Assist with office work flow such as cleaning rooms in between guests, stocking supplies and light house keeping
• Experience with Zenoti preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Assist with social media marketing and event planning as needed

Compensation
