Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Montgomery properties. You will greet guests, manage registrations and check-outs, and provide information on rooms, rates and amenities while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills, prior hotel front desk experience, and the ability to upsell services to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Wamiliarity with front desk software and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required by hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional welcome; provide information on rooms, rates and amenities.
• Process registrations and check-outs accurately while balancing cash and payments.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue per guest.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure security and liability measures are followed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
