Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a experienced Front Desk Manager to lead guest services operations and drive exceptional service at our flagship resort in Hollywood, FL. You will supervise Front Desk staff, ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out, and uphold brand standards across all guest interactions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Front Desk leadership in hospitality, strong MS Office skills, and a bachelor’s in Hospitality Management is preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum 3 years of Front Desk experience.
Experience supervising Front Desk/Guest Services staff.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

Exhibits conduct in accordance with gaming regulations and departmental policies.
Oversees daily work assignments of Front Desk staff.
Performs detailed guest room inspections to identify repair/improvement needs.
Investigates and resolves guest situations such as reservation errors or lost belongings.
Ensures quality, consistency, and presentation of all guest services delivered.
