Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Room Controller for Hotel Operations. You will ensure the room rack reflects accurate ratings, respond to guest requests, and support departures with bell services and rate checks.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; front desk or hotel experience is preferred. The environment is fast-paced and part of a world-renowned entertainment destination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Front desk/hotel experience preferred or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check out vacant and clean rooms and update statuses in the rack.
• Run alert date reports and review out-of-order rooms daily.
• Answer calls, respond to guest requests, and assist bell staff on departure.
• Support video check-out and generate related room-rate reports.
