Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee Front Desk and Guest Services operations, ensuring a positive guest experience. The role includes supervising staff, managing inspections, and resolving reservation issues to uphold service quality.

Applicants should have at least three years of front desk experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Front Desk and Guest Service operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Supervise Front Desk staff and daily work assignments.
• Perform guest room inspections and address repair/improvement needs.
• Investigate and resolve reservation errors or lost belongings.
• Maintain quality and presentation of products and services delivered to guests.
