Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Front Desk-related role under the Front Desk Manager. You will ensure accurate room ratings and proper rack adjustments while supporting guest services and daily operations in a bustling casino resort environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, front desk experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hospitality is preferred, with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check out vacant and clean (due out) rooms and change their status in the rack.
• Run alert date reports to monitor room status.
• Review out-of-order and off-market rooms daily for validity.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests.
• Respond to guests checking out via video check-out.
• Offer bell assistance to guests upon departure and run relevant reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the individual is responsible for accurate rating of rooms and ensuring the room rack is properly adjusted at all times.

Essential Job Functions

• Checking out any vacant and clean (due out) rooms and changing statuses of rooms in the rack.
• Running alert date reports
• Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms on a daily basis for validity.
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest requests.
• Responding to guests checking out via video check-out.
• Offering bell assistance to each guest upon departure and running applicable reports to verify correct room rates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
