Responsibilities

• Represent the first point of contact with guests and handle all stages of a guest’s stay.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
• Provide up-to-date information on hotel, area attractions, and events.
• Process payments and adhere to cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
