Job summary

S&L Hospitality, located in Storm Lake, IA, is seeking Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service agents to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes. You will handle guest inquiries, coordinate information across channels, and ensure accurate payments while maintaining a clean front desk area.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills in a hotel setting. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience.
• Understanding of how to use hotel's PMS systems.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Ability to maintain a composed, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represents the first contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest stay.
• Accommodate and anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and professionally.
• Acts as information liaison for the property and guests via all channels.
• Serve as point of contact to provide up-to-date information about the hotel, area attractions and events.
• Process and collect payments, adhering to cashier procedures.
• Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
